Anker Innovations has announced the launch of the Soundcore Rave 3S, the newest addition to its Rave party speaker lineup. The Rave 3S delivers 200W of sound and has a deep bass plus a beat-synced light show for a party atmosphere. The new speaker also features AI Vocal Removal, Vocal Enhancement and Reverb features for karaoke fans who want to up their game.

Designed for family gatherings, backyard get-togethers, and poolside parties, the Rave 3S ships with dual wireless microphones so everyone can join in the entertainment untethered. Featuring a 6.5-inch woofer and three 2.5-inch full-range drivers, the Rave 3S has a maximum output of 200W which should be enough to fill a large backyard or any space up to 1,076 square feet. Using Soundcore’s signature BassUp technology, the speaker has a deep and punchy bass for a party vibe.

Customizable Light Show

To enhance things further, the Rave 3S has a beat-synced HexaGlow light show with eight preset lighting effects available via the Soundcore app. Users can customize up to 26 light mode combinations to match the party theme and mood.

Karaoke Features

Using either the button on the microphone or speaker, the Rave 3S can transform a playlist into a live performance with one click using advanced AI Vocal Removal technology. Compatible with most major music apps, including Spotify, YouTube Music, Apple Music, and Pandora, it can turn any song from the music app directly into a karaoke-ready track in real-time stripped of vocals.

The Rave 3S is powered by AI and has been trained using more than 20,000 tracks across multiple genres and languages. The Rave 3S separates vocals from instruments, letting users adjust the original vocal volume to either sing along or sing solo. Users can choose from four different levels of the vocal removal tool, enabling them to fully retain the original singer’s vocals or completely remove them to suit more confident karaoke artists.

Vocal Enhancer and Reverb Effects

The new speaker also has a Vocal Enhancer which can improve vocal performance by enhancing richness, brightness, clarity, and prominence. Multiple reverb effects can add depth and dimension to vocals, creating a more dynamic and immersive singing experience.

For those moments when singers lose track of the lyrics, the AI Guide Vocal is there to assist. If no vocals are detected for five seconds, the speaker automatically plays the original vocals at 50% volume, providing a prompt to the floundering karaoke artist and enabling them to come back into the song with a helpful reminder.

Additional Features and Specifications

The two wireless karaoke microphones with a control panel are being bundled with the Rave 3S at no extra cost. The Rave 3S can play for up to 12 hours on a single charge with the volume level set at 50% and BassUp and light effects turned off. The speaker has a built-in handle and is rated IPX4 for water resistance which means it can resist splashes and keep the music going without power concerns.

Another new feature with the Rave 3S is support for Auracast, enabling users to connect more than 100 speakers to produce a loud and immersive performance for larger parties. There is also an input for a third microphone or even an instrument like a guitar or keyboard that can add a live music dimension to the speaker.
